The aSHE XCHNGE LLC is business that designs programs, products and projects that serve Black Women Creatives in the DMV region. Our primary project at this time is aSHE Fund which is an advocacy organization and annual micro-grant program that contributes to the sustainability of Black Women Creatives in the DMV region.
