Join us for GWBCC’s Regional Policy Briefing & Reception, where we’ll address the state of Black businesses in the Greater Washington area. 

From access to capital to equitable policies, we’re bringing key stakeholders together to discuss solutions and strategies in response to the current economic landscape.  

Panelists include:

• Marisa Gaither Flowers - COO & EVP, Strategy, Greater Washington Partnership 
• Gregory "Steve" Proctor Jr.- President & CEO, G.S. Proctor & Associates Inc. 
• Will Jawando - Montgomery County Councilmember, Vice President-At-Large

The event will be hosted by The Harbor Bank of Maryland in space located in the lobby of 1010 Wayne Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910.  

The building entrance is located on Dixon Avenue between Wayne Avenue and Bonifant Street.  There is a public parking garage entrance on Dixon Avenue across the street from the building entrance of 1010 Wayne Avenue.  

Parking fees can be paid using ParkMobile or at a centralized pay station using a Pay by Plate system (Remember your license plate number).  

1010 Wayne Avenue is located one block away from the Silver Spring Transit Center.
