This Executive Mixer will spotlight one of GWBCC’s signature leadership initiatives: The President’s Circle. Now entering its second year, the President’s Circle continues to redefine what is possible for Black-owned businesses across the Greater Washington region by delivering executive-level mentorship, high-value networks, and strategic growth frameworks designed for sustainable scale.
Attendees will:
- Meet current President’s Circle members
- Connect with corporate leaders, founders, and growth-stage entrepreneurs
- Learn how to engage with or apply to the program
- Explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities

About the President’s Circle
Launched in partnership with M&T Bank and Foley & Lardner LLP, and facilitated by MBA Growth Partners, the President’s Circle is an executive development initiative built to accelerate high-potential Black-owned enterprises.
Participants receive:
- Financial and legal mentorship from senior industry leaders
- Access to performance management and business valuation tools
- Monthly executive-level networking sessions
Strategic advisory support to overcome operational barriers and scale sustainably
The program was intentionally designed to address systemic barriers facing Black-owned businesses — ensuring they are positioned not only to survive, but to lead as innovators, employers, and economic anchors within the region and beyond.
