Constance is the Founder and CEO of Bifties Gifts, LLC, a Maryland based, NMSDC certified e-commerce gifting and logistics company that curates gift boxes featuring verified Black owned brands. Through Bifties, she has built relationships with hundreds of Black owned businesses and worked with corporate clients on employee gifting, client appreciation, and event gifting needs.

For fellow Chamber members, Bifties offers a turnkey solution for corporate gifting: bulk orders for employee recognition, client and vendor gifts, conference and event swag, and curated gift boxes that let companies support Black owned brands without having to source and manage those relationships themselves. Constance and her team have handled orders ranging from small client gifts to large scale corporate events.

Constance brings nearly 28 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial settings, including program management at Verizon. She is also a property owner and landlord in Baltimore City, a self published author of three children's books, and a graduate of Cohort 8 of Goldman Sachs' One Million Black Women in Business program. She now serves as a mentor within the program, supporting newly accepted scholars as they begin their own entrepreneurial journeys.
